Penelope Rondon Joined the Lucy Daniels Center in March of 2024. While attending Meredith College, she volunteers her spare time for a non-profit organization doing community outreach for children at local libraries in Raleigh, NC. After acquiring her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Spanish, she applied herself at an Early Head Start Child Care partnership as an assistant teacher. Penelope then gained her RBT licensure through an accredited ABA Pediatric Therapy organization, where she worked directly with children on the autism spectrum. In her spare time, Penelope likes to read a variety of books, go on walks with her husband and fur baby, and is a very passionate baker.
